House Made
Five ways to finish.
All desserts are made in-house, served chilled or warm to spec.
Most pair well with coffee, port, or a final Caipirinha.

Flan
Pudim de leite condensado · Brazilian custard The defining Brazilian dessert — silky condensed-milk custard set with a deep caramel top. Cool, jiggly, perfect after fire-grilled meat.

Tiramisu Cake
Coffee, mascarpone, cocoa — built into a sliceable cake.

Mango Passion Fruit Cake
Tropical, fragrant, bright — a Brazilian fruit-forward sweet.

Dulce De Leche
Slow-cooked sweetened milk — caramelized, rich, the South American staple.

Double Chocolate Cake
Dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache — for the chocolate household.

A Suggestion
What goes with sweet?
Three classic finishes — pour-and-bite combinations our regulars come back for.
Flan
The caramel notes in port amplify the burnt-sugar top of the flan.
Chocolate Cake
Big, sweet, dark, complex — the only red wine bold enough.
Mango Passion Fruit
The bitter coffee resets the palate after the tropical sweetness.
